You are Capable

So I’m here today laying and waiting… surrounded by my thoughts and wondering where it all went wrong. Because does it not sometimes feel like there had to have been a nexus point where that one fundamental decision was made that just unravelled everything similar to a domino effect. But as I try to figure out what this decision was, I realised that sometimes that can be a fruitless effort. Now hear me out, I’m a big believer in what the past sometimes represents; and I do believe past experiences lend to the accumulated wisdom we possess… but just maybe, just maybe it’s sometimes unnecessary to entertain what possible decisions led to things going wrong because you’re here today, which means something went right after all that. This means the best decision was made under the circumstance, maybe not the correct decision (correctness looks different) but the best decision was made because it’s not done, you are not done. We sometimes think that because we messed up once because the consequences have been dealt and they’re heavy that it’s done, well not all has been said and definitely not all has been done. You’re still breathing and even though that breath may feel like the world’s most impossible mission sometimes. Even though it may feel like everything is against you or you against yourself, power and courage are still on your side because here you are. Breathing in and breathing out and if that is not a testament of your strength? Another clear indication to tap into the faith and courage to believe in yourself one more day. Then what is? Because it may be you need to reevaluate what your source is? Because it may be you need to reevaluate what feeds and replenishes you. Because the source of your strength and what and where faith is rooted, have a paramount effect on who you are and the level of hope that you have. I know it may sometimes feel like you want to sell yourself short but you’re here and you are all the capable you need to be. Irrespective of everything else.
